Version of Razor that uses .UOP file type

Not sure if this has been covered.. with the fresh full install of the UO client and using the UOF launcher to install razor I ran into a problem with trying to use the UO Positioning system provided by Razor.

Anyways, problem solved by installing an updated version of Razor that supports .UOP files.
