What "tools" are legal to use?

Razor obviously, as long as features are communicated with the server.

Now, I found a UOAssist key in my mail from way back when, I figure i'd give it a try again,. but before doing so i figure i'd ask if it's even allowed to be used here?
There's "Assist UO" - which is actually a different tool.
And, UOAM (aka automap).

Are those fine to use?

If they do not have this checked, you will be forced to log out of the game. Any other third party programs that may offer an advantage in game are strictly forbidden and will result in banned accounts.

UOAssist probably fine, but I doubt your key will work.
