Who trains Poisoning?

Help.

What NPC trains poisoning? I searched the forum and ppl are saying the Thief GM in Buc's Den. But, when she won't respond to me when I say "[name] train" or "[name] train poisoning".

I also tried the Alchemist NPC to no luck.

I can say "[name] join" and the thief GM responds to me with I need journeyman pickpocket to join the thieve's guild. So, it's not like she won't reply to me at all. Just not about training.
