This happens to me constantly. If I lore my mare it then looks like a horse. White wyrms/dragons/etc. all do this. If you use an ability on something else it will go back to normal. I also overrode my hue color for target in Razor. I figure that's what does it. What annoys me is sometimes on my prover stuff just disappears when I prov it. When that happens I have to actually log off and back on for it to show up again.
