Edit - just tested it. Guards can be called if you heal a grey in town.

It's a criminal act so it isnt new to be guard whacked. :}

It's not new. On other shards it is a criminal offense but not guard whackable. On UOF, the guards can be called on you for healing, curing, buffing, or ressing a criminal.
