i started less than a month ago and the only times pks killed me i was afk macroing in dungeon, i mean srsly most of the times you can recall or run, not really a big threat,just carry some trapped pouch and potions and be prepared to run for miles rotfl.

without the possibilities to recall, at least from the docs that place is not convenient at all, basically you have to make a boat trip every 10k you make ... mobs are pretty average.
