Don't waste money on mining ss. Mining is insanely easy and quick to raise, all the way to 115 where I am currently. I bet I spent 30 minutes, 45 min tops in the orc dungeon mining and went from 110 to 115. Got lots of ore while I was at it.
I mean you're mining anyhow... at level 100, you can already mine valorite anyways. Why not just let your skill raise while you mine? No need to use ss on mining... put that money, even if they only 2k a pop... that's 30k that can go to something much harder to raise or regs or anything.
