If you like privacy, this is about as good as it gets. The closest neighbor is several screens away (10+ screens except for a small classic across the river). It's located at the top of a peninsula (with rivers around it) where the land is a bit bumpy so no other houses fit. There is no spawn near it. Very quiet area with no real reason to come up here so traffic is almost non-existent.

For those trying to locate it, it's not far from Vesper. Just run North East of Vesper and you'll see this little area.
