This plot is directly East of Sacrifice. Follow the coast straight North for 20 seconds (just timed it) and there is a giant undead spawn with lich's, lich lord's, ancient liches, mummies, bone knights, etc. Huge moneymaker for dexxers in particular. I would live here if I needed to farm gold, but I don't.
No Spawn in the close vicinity of the house (just the above-mentioned spawn). And I have never seen that neighbor to the left.
The plot itself is 190K in value, so I won't accept less than 200K.
