I have had this plot since i started playing here and love it. Just bought a 18x18 so sadly letting this plot go. Its super quiet, great neighbours (if u ever see them). Its pretty much on the water (1/4 screen away). No blockage from any other houses. Room for a bigger plot here too. There is no spawn and you can always recall with safety. ETC mall is a few screens to the NE which is convenient.
