well, it cost 151k to place so i am going to drop it as soon as one of the large plots in my book goes idoc, since no one wants to pay the 49k. GL to anyone that wants it at a 49k discount. Im sure it will be demolished within seven hours to 4 days.


House will still be on the market for 200k till i demo it. ;)

SOLD for 190k!
