I got that robe for a song. Talking like 600k for it unblessed. One of the best buys I ever made probly.
You'll definitely be getting more $$ for less.
I highly recommended testing out what you craft with this beforehand. For example the robe looks great but the skirt looks like shit. Not sure how many other pieces are floating around but not many.

DO NOT CRAFT A CLOAK!!!!!! there is 1 tiny tiny pixel of red on the whole cloak in game and paperdoll

I bought a skirt for 400k blessed and it looked really cool. Sold it for 2 or 2.5m after a while.
On the paperdoll there was barely blood but while the character was walking the skirt was completely splattered and looked super cool
