This weeks Prize pool so far is 2 million gold minimum.
Saturday August 18th at 7pm EST I will be hosting a tournament with a rule set not used very often anymore for a million gold prize. I am putting up the million gold myself. If the community donates or adds to the prize pool they will be thanked and given recognition. The tournament will be streamed at http://www.twitch.tv/Ryuseiju. All pairings will be done via Random generator on stream. Prize pool will be winner takes all if it ends up just being the million. If others donate to the prize pool , then prizes will scale down to second and third place.
Entry is free. However there will be an optional entry fee pool of 100k per person that wants to take part in the side prize pool. The entrant who goes the farthest in the tournament and paid the optional fee will win the bonus side pot of all the optional entry fees collected.
The rules are as follows :
Red potions only.
No poisoned weapons.
No Pets.
No Summons.
No stealing.
No hiding.
No magic Armor.
No magic Weapons.
No Runic weapons.
No Orange Petals.
No wands.
No precast buffs of any kind.
League will be 8 similar style tournaments *rules may vary week to week* where players earn points based on their finishes. At the end of the season. The player with the top point score will receive 20,000 donation coins as Seasonal Champion.
Top 8 of each weekly tournament will receive Seasonal points as follows.
1st place = 8 points
2nd place = 7 points
3rd and 4th place = 5 points
4th - 8th place = 3 points
All entrants each week receive at least 1 point. Either 1 point or their top 8 point value.
A spreadsheet will be linked with entrants names and their weekly finishes and point totals after the first week.
Rule sets each week will vary. The goal however is to stay away for the most part from the standard purple potion fest that is the current meta. So expect things like above, 5x mage , and other lesser used rules.
You can sign up ahead of time via discord by PMing Akasha#3243 in UOF General. Or wait until day of where about 30 minutes before the event start , gates will begin being offered at WBB.
