1: Will you take donation coins?
2: Fairly new to this shard. Can I take ownership of this house if I own another one already, or do I have to ditch my other one first? I own a terrible house I can easily ditch, but it's full of heavy crap I'd have to move

155k per 1k dona and you can only have 1 house per account but you have 3 account per ip so you can have 3 houses but your account needs to have 1200 skill points and be i think 24 hour old
