are houses worth much value in vesper region?

just wondering if house plots are of any value if in the region on vesper, i currently have a 10X8, next to vesper beach and thinking of selling

Housing market seems to be shitting itself now that uosteam is back. Doubt your plot is worth more than the plot price tbh.

Only size seems to matter, at least almost, unless its in a vendor spot.
While I dont know exactly what plot it is, I doubt you will get much more than 100k for it.
