Selling my Brit road vendor house & Library (14x9 3 story + roof.). I no longer have the time or the interest to try to maintain a vendor house. The house is appx 1.5 screens away from the Brit Moongate, on the road back to Brit.
The house currently contains a 53 runebook library with the following books:
13 book full Tmap set
18 book dungeon set
11 book mining set
11 random books including faction locations, LP book, Taming guide, etc...
Also included is a black dye tub, and furniture dye tub.
Starting bid for this will be 2 mil. Buyout is 4 mil.
There will be no set end time to this auction, and I reserve the right to not sell.
