Back from 2002!

Hi All,

I just rediscovered UO again last week after playing for several years and quitting in 2002 from the Baja shard. It's exciting to be back, but also lots to learn and many changes that have occurred. I look forward to getting more involved in the community on this shard and rediscovering this game again.

Welcome geoff - I've a similar story, played GL 15 years ago, was there for 4 years, then left to find newer flashier MMO's, and now I'm back because there's nothing like community and memories, and UO knows how to do that well. I've only been back a couple of months, so I'm definitely relearning the game myself, if you ever want to get out and crawl some dungeons, or need help/advice on anything let me know.

First thing you'll learn, it's a LOT easier to gm the templates on this server
Archery/provoke is a good first template to make as it affords a fast track to a decent farmer.
