You only receive it for the first house you place. You might want to check to see if you have already received that conquest on that account.

Only have one account. 2 characters. Placed the house with my first character. Never received anything like a doorbell, nor did I when I demolished and replaced so it must have bugged out on mine as I never had anything appear in my bank.
A bit crappy but no big deal at the end of the day.

I actually have placed three "first" houses on three separate accounts in the past 6 months or so, and I have never received a doorbell. I checked all of my accounts and all characters but none of them have a doorbell anywhere-- even in the bank.
