Booty Island Missing

So I have patched everything I believe, but there are a couple houses on dagger isle I can't see(looks like a 30x30) and I can't move on Booty Isle, but I can move on the docks since the latest patch. Currently running UOSteam with nothing additional. Any help?

if you download the uo forever launcher and run it, then configure it to update. it will update you, fixing your issues.you can download it on the home page i believe

Speaking of which, most of the buildings on magincia are missing, and my booty island is gone. Is this a problem with my install?
