Cant create third account

no matter what user name or password I try, nothing will work. I can log into my 2 accounts just fine, but every time I try to make a third one, it says problem communicating with ultima. anyone have problems with this?

If you're using a routing service like lowerping or wtfast, try changing the route.

nope, i dont believe im using anything like that. everything is exactly how it was when i made the first 2 accounts
