I am one of many people who have runes inside this castle. Netman said that this castle belonged to Felipe.. and that he wanted 2m ransom. If this castle does belong to Felipe, I can't wait to see how this unfolds. Would explain why you are liquidating it and everything that was locked down inside of this one.
I want my cut on the ransom gold... and I really hope this is Felipe.. It will make this all even funnier.

Wasn't much work.. I've had this rune marked in my rune book as Felipe's castle for months now... Was more like a fair warning to whoever was thinking about buying it.. There is a shit ton of runes marked inside this castle because it was/is believed to belong to a certain Brazilian player who was banned.

This was never Felipe's castle. Actually it was our brazilian guildhouse, but everybody quit and im the only one left for now.
Felipe was a pain in the ass for many people and thats why there really are some people who still have a rune to my courtyard.
Since i have always been all for pvp when playing uo, this is something that i would consider a plus, but i do understand that some trammys would be terrified about this fact.
Netman used to be a friend of mine when i was playing daily but somehow he seems to have changed and is now charging me for something he will never have. Maybe hes jealous i dunno.
The castle is still for sale and i consider 4.5mil a very low offer and wouldnt sell for anything less than 7mil.
Since there arent any plots available anymore, thus being impossible to place Castles in this server, i think my price is fair enough as long as the buyer is a pvper and like me and Jakaro, dont bother with the runes inside.
I will also accept donation coins.

This won't sell for 7. It takes time to move castles and the more people that join the server = more people that can afford one.
