I just placed a 10x11 2-story plot. If I customize the house and decide to destroy it do I get all my money back???

Not sure how much but you won't get the full amount back and you get taxed each time you make a change to the plot.

every time you commit the house you get charged 10k. other that that all funds are returned to you.

Even the price of the plot? all in all i lose 10k if i only commit once?
