Demolish house, get a deed.

Is it normal that after demolishing a house placed with a house placement tool (classic house) I get a deed back? I sure didn't expect that........ is it written anywhere? Not the end of the world but I lost 65k for no reason...

Ja, unfortunately that's the way it be. If you want to place a classic, its always better to buy the deed as its cheaper than using the placement tool.

But yes. It is also written when you confirm placement that classics will be given in DEED form when demo'd.
