Easy Faction Tweak

So I have been doing some playing with the new faction system and I must say it is pretty cool. The only addition I would add currently is to allow the ethic spell tiles to be removed from the books. It is a little tedious to open and flip pages to get to the ethic spell you want. Thanks for all the hard work!

It is a client side thing. The entire regular spellbook is. You can actually say the spell words for the new ethic spells and it will cast them.

The spellbook is more of a guide so you can learn the words, costs and what the spells do.
