I've been looking at some of the buildings in each town. About half of the buildings aren't used for anything. For instance, many of the buildings in Ocllo are NOT used. I propose that you delete them and then let people put up their houses IN the place of those buildings. This would open more areas and new areas for houses.
Also, Jhelom South Island, you could delete ALL the houses there and no one would notice, turn that small little island into player houses. Also, East Britian, get rid of most of it, let players put up houses there.
