Anyone know what that entrance is for that is just east of Covetous Dungeon? You go through an entrance into something that has been created in Green Acres. Nice place. Wish I could own it!

My guess would be a super high donation tier reward.

Yeah it's the new "Island" house, the reward for donating $3K in one lump sum. UMA is the owner, he bought it with gold from a massive donator.

It is lump sum, confirmed.

Accumulating 3k means you get the blaze glasses/PW kasa. The old reward was PW glasses. No fancy house for accumulating 3k over time.
