There are plenty of places to place small/medium houses.

Yea what rusty said, try and find a cheap small house deed, not sure what there worth, and a house placement tool, keep house deed in bank, don't think there Blessed, but could be wrong, find a place with the tool, Mark rune, grab deed and recall back to place.
I payed 70k or so for a small tower deed.
