Nujel'm Palace - Rent - Gold Sink Idea

There are so many buildings within each town that do not get used such as the Nujel'm Palace.

In regard to a gold sink - I would pay anywhere from 100k-500k a month to rent this out

LOL. Some "Gold Sink". 100k is nothing. Maybe 1 Mil a month for such a large house. MAYBE.

1 mil is a lot lolz..... I would consider 500k maybe a month

Plus maybe in addition with a "100k" monthly bump in rent year over year...

Idk.. but I would pay a lot of $$$$ to rent this
