Problem communicating with Origin issue for BOTH my grandsons

My grand sons want to play. everything is installed, (Razor), login server and port is correct.. they try to type in a username and password, and get a message saying theree is a problem communicating with Origin, to reboot and try again. We can't get them into UOF. PLEASE advise!

How many accounts do you already have on UOF? I'm pretty sure you can only have 3, and if you try to create more I think this is the message you get.
