I've got 20m actual gold and another 60+ in other items/castle.

Affording 5m isn't the problem... paying 5m for something that is already common is just stupid. The market of 4-5m was set when no one had one and everyone wanted one. Now there are 2-3 for sale that can't be sold.

Well dudes, after all that what can you say? Demand is gonna fluctuate, it's pointless to speculate too much. There's always gonna be demand, and no matter what the market price is at the time there's always gonna be that guy who will be desperate and outbid everyone else. I'm sitting back patiently so that I can be that guy, and be that guy while still paying what I feel is a reasonable price.

Ham was counting on that guy showing up to this auction but it didn't happen. This is a hot item right now so you really can't blame him for trying.
