Reagents move 'context menu for locked down containers

I really like the ability to move reagents from one bag to another easily using this menu option, but it currently only works for containers located in a backpack or bank box. Would it be possible to allow this to work on locked down containers in one's home as well?

What would be awesome if there is some posting system to send regs to chars or bank accounts automatically. And to access bank accounts of all three players.
