recall after being attacked

So I'm all up for blues being able to get away while farming mobs and reds come in, but yesterday opened my eyes to something.

Me and a buddy were on red dexxers and ran across 2 blues. We ended up attacking them and had both red lined then boom recalled out.

I think there should be a limit on when you can recall out. Say you're down to 10 or 20% health you shouldn't be able to recall out anymore.

nah, they should definitely be able to recall out.. and this is coming from someone who plays reds 90% of the time.

maybe 20% is too low though, maybe 50% is better.
