Whats robe of forever worth wasnt it 15000 donation coins so thats almost 3mill there plus its never going to be on donation vendor anymore so what does that add to value?

How about a tower about 5 seconds from entrance to Covetous?

Ton of mountain to mine and a couple close mining caves.

a keep yes but castle worth like 15 milla or more. I know castle worth 25 mills

So u.giving away robe of forever and 10k dony coins for a house only? u can trade ur dony coins for a nice 18x18 and u still have robe to sell. I got beutiful keep in nice location if u mind
