considering the plot itself cost over 200k to place, and someone already placed the starting bid, I don't think it is too high. this is clearly a house for storage and/or seclusion, not vendors.

Nothing personal man, it's just my opinion. I think that build a basement for about 200k and sell it atminimum cost of250k without upgrading, it's not a good deal. Altought i'll be happy if you sell it for more than 250k because my home's price will raise
