You dont need insider info, you just need common sense. They don't plan on allowing very many things to remain rare on this server as far as wearables are concerned. Rarity is determined by the length of their stay on the donation vendor, and whether they will return or not. Best case scenario is to just buy what you think looks cool from the donation vendor and call it a day.

Not to mention if you do a forum search you'd see that I was selling those pieces of shit for MONTHS, along with my other pair that I will not mention that are not on the donation vendor (yet)
