1.5 is 66% of the cost bro, too lowball and I have a PM from a guy for 1.6m cash if I wanted to take a lower offer.

This is a good deal for 1.8m. I'd do 1.5m cash plus a trade worth ~300k.

Not interested in the fishing PS but thx, I'm already at 115 and don't want to have to sell that. Willing to consider most other reasonable trades for ~300k so we can talk later tonight when I'm online.

Since you're not offering the 1.8m cash and not really committing to offering 1.5m cash + 300k trade this is still for sale and if someone offers 1.8m cash I'll have to sell. If you are making a legit offer of 1.5m cash plus a 300k trade then plz say so here and I'll hold off until tonight for you.

Don't hold it... if someone offers you the 1.8 take it. If not we can hook up tonight and see if we can't work something out for the 1.5 and trade. :)
