So I've been told there are crafting perks to give you better chances at creating exceptional items. Any chance they could make slayer perks? I would say make the time on these limited to a 30 min max or the % chance not to ridiculously high. I would use this perk as it took me 1000 ore smelting and creating double axes just to get 4 slayers. Thoughts?
