have not been playing very much, other than to refresh my house (Thanks @parsnip ) but i know eventually it will rot and when i make my 4th return to UOF i wont have it so i would rather just sell it now or give it away to a new player if no one is interested in buying. Seconds away from both Vesper bank and the Minoc/Vesper moongate. think i payed around 75k for the small tower deed so ill do this.
