I love this house but I need $ for a taming 120 PS.
This is a one of a kind high traffic house that is right next to the Skara Bank. It's been really great as a vendor spot. It's super nice to be able to quickly run back and forth to the bank/animal tamer and the house. Also for you seafaring folk, it's right next to water as well.
According to the previous owner of the house I am only the second person to own this house since the shard opened.
Asking for 10 mil or best reasonable offer
It's quite easy to trap pets from AFK or recalling tamers that frequent Skara Bank if trolling is your thing
. I can show you this technique if you are interested. But be prepared for people to be upset with you... lol
