Turning Chest?

Is there a way to turn the direction of a chest? I want it to go one a certain wall and it is oriented the wrong direction. I remember back when I used to play you could drop them on the ground and it would change orientation after a few drops in different spots. That doesn't seem to work here.

it does work here. you can also get an "interior decorator" from the architect i believe? let's you move stuff up/down and turn certain things.
