Unable to solve IP

So I was in the middle of hunting when suddenly I lost connection. No big deal. But I try to re-log...and I get this error message...anyone help?

ran uo with razor. then switched back and now it's fine....so confused

I get that error when internet goes down

my router rebooted but after it came back up. i got that message. but i could surf the web and talk in IRC
