UOSteam help meh

Wanted to start playing again after a couple years away - seem to be having problems with UOSteam, Whenever I get to "verifying account..." it just doesn't go further to where I can select a character. I have downloaded it a couple different times to try to get it to work - UO on its own seems to work fine as I can get into my accounts just fine using Razor. I'd like to play again but I'd also like to be able to use the assistant program of my choice.

Just wanted to update this just in case someone else has the same issue in the future. I was able to get UOS working - I had to reinstall the application to a completely different folder, usually it gets installed to ProgramFilesx86/UOS - i changed it to ProgramFilesx86/UOSteam and it seems to work fine now.
