Vesper Hued Cloth?

I've seen people wearing a few pieces here and there of vesper hue 1159 (blessed/exceptional). They did not appear to be 'tagged' as anything from an event or MOTM. Was there an old event that put out some cloth a long time ago or did this finally become available via BODs?

Anyone? ;)

Will sell the complete set for the right price. the horned tribal and sash are both layered. Oh and the sandles are one of only like 3 pairs(?) of the original bod reward sandals, not dono.

Also to the OP this cloth originally came from tailoring bod rewards and made a few of us very rich, the ones who farmed the shit outta the cloth in the first couple weeks of server and stored it after they took it off the bods rewards list after a few weeks into the server. I sold a pair of the sandals (I got two from bods back to back) for 5 mil early on in the server.

Pretty awesome set man! I wish I had the 30 mil+ to make a proper offer. Kudos for hanging on to that set for so long!!
