Waking the dead - New Talisman

I have new take on necromancer class. Instead of entire group of half assed spells like osi. I suggest a new meta talisman with 4 relic options. Keep it a Gold sink much like the rogue. Coupled with Mage and spirit speak like the magi is for mana consumption. The forensic evaluation skill can be utilized with the 'walk with the dead' relic to increase the cap of summoned undead.

Necrosis
A damage over time attack with a small movement and attack speed debuff. Debuff and duration based on lvl.

Death pool
An acid splash that leaves residue on ground that damages monsters sharing a tile with acid. (Similar to black widow blood splash) damage and duration based on lvl

Life tap
Increases mana regeneration rates. Percentage of increase is based on damage delt to yourself. Damaging oneself with magic procs this ability. Must be in combat with mob for this to proc.

Walk with the dead
A passive summon ability that raises undead from corpses of fallen mobs. Health pool and Number of undead increase per relic lvl.
1 skeleton at lvl 1
2 skeleton at lvl 5
3 undead at lvl 10
The forensic evaluation skill can be utilized with this relic to provide a variety of undeath.
1-50 zombie and skeleton
50-70 skeletal knights and magi
70-90 lich and rai-ju
100 rotting corpses

Summoned mob is based on a roll 1-100 or 1 - skill lvl. If you have gm forensic evaluation and wake the dead procs on a nearby corpse. A random number is chosen from 1 to 100 to determine your summon. If a 30 is rolled you'd get a zombie.. or if it's a 75 then you get a lich and so on.

Summons last 2 minutes before decaying and the summoned undead do not see players.
