What version do I update to?

My client is a little out of date and I was wondering how far to update/patch it? I only ask because some games, wow for instance, you do not want the patcher to update it too far forward or there are compatibility issues. Thanks.

For this server update to the latest that EA has put out. After that you will want to run the UOF launcher and get the map and graphic patches for this server
