I got really lucky last night and placed a 9x14 3 story half a screen to the left of Volco's 30x30. So about 2 screens south of the moongate.
So this brings me to a good problem. Do I sell it or do I make a vendor mall out of it? What can I expect if I want to sell it? And what would be a reasonable fee to charge if I setup a vendor mall?
As far as the vendor mall thing goes, I have no idea what I'm getting into so any pointers would be welcomed.
