What is it that actually passes 'control'? Does it transfer like a house deed or is it some sort of unique item that makes u island master?

The 30x30 and 2 18x18's 12x16 and 10 x 14, plus the auction house.
There is also a one of a kind Custom House that goes with the Island, which was removed by Shane at one point and i am sure with some convincing the custom house maybe put back.

The Island is controlled by a Blaze Statue that sits in the owners back pack. When you click on the statue it says above it "The Heart of the Island" The statue is unmovable/transferable in less @eppy does it.What is it that actually passes 'control'? I am sure there is more to it then i heard, considering i am now the 3rd owner and hearing the story 2nd hand, but what i was told is a GM got up set that there was to many houses on the island, more then originally expected. then the deal fell through with the auction house and it was removed. As i stated up this is just rumor and no it was not heard from the previous owner.
The original winner of the island was caught trading items for items in another game. When Shane found out he deleted the house and replaced it with fountains and trees.

There is no one living there, Yes there is houses on the island and they are being refreshed but there is not one active player that controls a house on the island.
Budcookies was the one that turned him in, with screenshots of the deal he was making. Either way it was sad to watch the house get taken down. It was kinda neat.

I was going to stay out if this but there is some misinformation here.
The owner of the island was never banned, though he was suspected of trading items, nothing was ever proven. I personally think he completely gave up playing after the whole shady ordeal.
His house decayed normally, but because it was custom built it didn't fall like normal. Me and a few others discovered a bug that allowed us to duplicate wall pieces (something that should be added to the gold sink vendor). After we reported it Shane and Adam deleted the house to prevent the bug. They then went on to add the trees and fountains, I asked Shane why, and he said he thought there were to many houses on the island. When I explained the situation and that as the owner I felt a little screwed over, he said that they (staff) would talk it over and make it right. After about 6 months of being ignored/ told the sane thing, that i decided I was tired of dealing with it and contacted cap, as he had made an offer on the island. Being a friend I sold it to him cheap and moved on.
People acting like the island isn't worth much are dumb. There is only one other 30*30 island plot in the game, and is currently an ice white Castle.
You could buy a private island, but those already run 100+ mil.
The 30*30 alone is easily 50-60 mil value.
Also, as has been mentioned, there are no ageless houses, and none of the owners even play, they haven't been active in almost a year.

Pretty sure @Bobby123 owns a 30x30 island house.. with a dock and pit. Just thought I would throw that out there. Rumor has it you guys snaked the island from the kid. Which I wouldn't doubt seeing as how you're messremb... just saying.

it seems like a lot of people are confused as to what is being sold here (myself included). So you are selling the island (represented by this blaze statue that controls it) but people still live on this island?
So can you please clarify and supply a list of what the buyer would be getting and not getting? ie: the buyer will be getting a 30x30, a small house, the island controller but wont be getting 3 of the plots on the island, etc.
