barnacle encrusted apron

I found this apron at a whirlpool i know it's really rare, but is it one of a kind so far for the server ? anyone out there have or seen one ? does anyone know what something like this could be worth ?

You can revert any dyed clothing back to orginal hue with a npc dye tub fresh off the vendor (dont use dyes on it)
