Cartography/TMap Question

Hello,

Regarding decoding treasure maps and digging them up:

I know that Cartography is the skill necessary to decode treasure maps, with your Cartography skill level determining what level of maps you are able to decode.

My question is this:

Once the map is decoded, can anybody go dig it up? Or does the person doing the actual digging also need to have the Cartography skill?

I'm pretty sure the decoder has to do the digging.

Yes, only decoder can dig up the chest. After that everyone can use picks on it and loot. But u will go gray if not in party with digger.
