DOCKS are NOT safe

There's been about a dozen people jumping onto irc complaining about having lost over a mil in trades from getting exploited at the docks by several people but primarily... even a guy claiming he lost a relic. Basically a few people have even already rage quited and probably won't be coming back because of the changes made.

As far as I can tell, you can't get stolen from at the docks, but they can kill you. Didn't see any forum posts about this so simply avoid trading at the docks.

There is a forum post and last time i was there, thete were signs thete saying secure trading was moved to brit bank

Yeah the secure trading is inside West Brit Bank now not at the Docks. Patch notes and popups for those that wonder...

just inside.. a message pops up at the bottom of the screen that states "You have entered brit bank safe trading zone" and also one that states you left when you leave...

Is it true that you can kill someone at the docks, in the spectator area, without getting guard wacked? Shouldn't the docks have the same rule set as the rest of the city?

You won't have many spectators for duels if this is the case?

They are aware it. Anyone caught doing it until it can be fixed will be jailed. It will be fixed as soon.
